Which camera should I buy as a beginner?

Every camera on our website includes a “difficulty level” in the description.
That said, both manual and automatic cameras are perfectly beginner friendly. With a bit of practice, anyone can use them :)

Which film should I choose?

You can use any 35 mm film you like. Popular options such as Kodak Gold, Kodak ColorPlus, Kodak UltraMax, Kodak Portra, Fujifilm C200 or Fujifilm Superia X-Tra are all great choices if you are just getting started.
For everyday shooting, we recommend ISO 200 or 400.

What are your shipping methods?

• Cameras are shipped via registered mail for maximum security and faster delivery. Estimated delivery time is 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.

• Film rolls are shipped via standard mail, usually taking 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Can I track my order?

• Yes! All cameras are shipped with tracking. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
  Delivery times depend on CTT, but usually never exceed one week.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship only within Europe. Additional charges may apply for countries outside Portugal.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Not yet! At the moment, all our cameras are sold exclusively online.

My camera arrived damaged / something isn’t working

We carefully test and restore every single camera to ensure the highest quality. However, if you believe your item is faulty or was damaged during delivery, please contact us right away so we can look into it.

We offer a one-month return and exchange period after purchase.
Please keep in mind that many cameras are 30 to 50 years old, so signs of age are natural. We guarantee full functionality, but cosmetic wear is to be expected.
